Thank you for taking the time to submit a report to us. By doing so, you help us make the SportBildungswerk better and safer. We therefore appreciate every piece of information we receive. This reporting office has been established to follow up on reports that:
- have criminal relevance,
- constitute administrative offenses that pose a risk to life, physical integrity, health, or the rights of employees.
In cases where it is unclear whether and to what extent your report falls under these categories, our trained personnel will review the matter. If your report does not fall within the defined scope, we will forward it while fully respecting all personal rights.
Currently, Karl Ludewitz is responsible for investigating matters within SportBildungswerk NRW and for receiving, evaluating, and processing incoming reports. This person fulfills the requirements in accordance with Section 15 of the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG).
Only the above-mentioned person has access to the data you enter via the link used and any files you may provide to us.
Your name will only be disclosed to third parties with your consent, and only if it is absolutely necessary for the investigation of the report. Such steps will be discussed with you in advance. We also process anonymous reports. However, for the success of the investigation, it is preferable if we are able to contact you with follow-up questions to clarify the matter. We guarantee absolute confidentiality, as required by law.
Immediately after submitting your report via the form, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. If you wish to send us files (such as photos, scans, or similar), you can do so anonymously via a link included in the confirmation message (automatically displayed after submitting the questionnaire).
